Applicants must be a tnConnect member or become a member by December 30, 2022. Applicants are required to have a checking account with a debit card. All completed applications must be received by February 3, 2023. Stop by any tnConnect location to pick up an application, or click the link below to print and complete a copy of the application. The Scholarship will be awarded at our 2023 Annual Meeting.
