To ensure you are ready for the third stimulus payment which was signed into law on March 11, 2021, know what to expect. Visit the Get My Payment site at the IRS website (once it is updated with information from the current round of stimulus). Once providing your personal information, this site can tell you:

  • How much you are scheduled to receive
  • Status of the payment

Please be aware that tnConnect does not have this information.

Same as the previous stimulus payments, there are multiple methods for payment distribution:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Check (via mail)
  • US Treasury issued Debit card (via mail)

Online Banking & Mobile App Service Interruptions

The first and second rounds of Economic Impact Payments generated unprecedented high levels of utilization for both Online Banking and our Mobile App. These high levels of usage exceeded some technology capacities and resulted in intermittent service interruptions. Our partners have been working extensively to address these issues to prevent service interruptions for the 3rd round of stimulus checks.
