As we continue to monitor the current health crisis within in our communities, our priority remains to provide financial services to our valued members in a manner which is safe for both our members and our employees. As a result, we will be closing our lobbies to the public, effective Monday, March 23rd. We ask our members to utilize our mobile banking options (Mobile App or Online Banking) or our drive-thru’s. All ATM locations will be available, as well as night depositories.We will accommodate in-person services by appointment only. These services include safe deposit box access, notary services, and lending. To schedule an appointment, please call (865) 688-2424. To support social distancing procedures, only 3 members will be allowed within our lobby at one time. We have expanded our drive-thru hours to:
Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
We are also offering payment deferrals on auto loans and waiving withdrawal penalties for certificates of deposit. Both of these are offered to members who have been directly affected by the pandemic.
