Supporting Community
At tnConnect, community is at the heart of everything we do. This season, we're proud to give back through events like our annual Shred Week, International Credit Union Day, and Coats for the Cold — all ways we can make a difference together.
Rid your home or office from the clutter of sensitive documents at our annual Shred Week, October 14 - 18. Safely dispose of bills, receipts, account statements, and more!
ICU Day celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. Visit our lobbies anytime on Thursday, October 16 for light refreshments!
We are proud to serve as a collection site for new or gently used coats for KARM’s Coats for the Cold drive. Help those in need in by dropping off your donations between October 1-29.

Cybersecurity Awareness Month
October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and tnConnect is proud to join this international initiative to keep our members, data, and systems safer online. You can help by taking these four essential steps:
1. Update software: Install updates promptly! Updates patch vulnerabilities that attackers can exploit.
2. Use strong passwords and a password manager: Create passwords that are at least 16 characters, random, and unique for every account. Use a password manager to generate and remember them.
3. Turn on multifactor authentication wherever possible: This adds an extra layer of security to your accounts. Use it everywhere it’s offered!
4. Recognize and report phishing: Stay alert for suspicious messages. Always verify the sender before clicking links or opening attachments. If you spot a scam, use the platform’s “Report Phishing” tool.
