Board of Director Nominees & Annual Meeting
tnConnect’s Nominating Committee has nominated the following persons for three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors:

Melvin Teaster
Further nominations may be made by petition signed by 1% of the qualified voting members (60 signatures). The closing date for submitting petition nominees is February 13, 2026. With no further nominations, the credit union will not conduct an election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor. Petition should be submitted to:
