Welcome to tnConnect Credit Union! We are glad you are here. Our credit union was founded in 1924 by a group of postal employees, and we are proud to be Tennessee’s oldest credit union. We are a non-profit, community-focused financial institution. Our commitment is to help our members succeed and grow financially. We provide a full range of financial products from everyday savings, checking, and loans to retirement and pet savings accounts.   • How do I set up my online banking?
    1. Visit our homepage.
    2. Select First Time User at the Online Banking log-in bar.
    3. Enter Member ID (your account number) and pin (the last 4 digits of your social security number). Read terms and conditions, agree, and select continue. *If you do not know your account number, please contact the credit union at (865) 688-2424.
    4. You will be prompted to set up a username, password, and security information. Once complete, you will be logged into Online Banking.
  • What if I forgot my online banking password or log-in ID?

    If you have forgotten your online banking password, you can reset it as long as you have your log-in ID (also called your username). Click on the Forgot Password link to the right of the online banking log-in on the homepage.

    If you have forgotten your log-in ID, please contact the credit union at (865) 688-2424.

  • How do I access the mobile banking app?

    To log into the mobile banking app, first enroll in online banking.  Use the First-time user link on tnconnectcu.org.  Once enrolled, use the same username and password for the mobile banking app.  Once logged in, you can turn on fingerprint or facial recognition under More.

  • What features does the mobile banking app include?

  • How do I enroll in the card app?

    The card app allows you to view transactions and receive alerts for your tnConnect debit and credit card. To enroll, have your tnConnect debit or credit card handy. Tap Enroll. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. Once enrolled, additional cards can be added to view all your tnConnect cards in one place. Be sure to tap Notification Settings to activate real-time alerts.

  • How do I set up my direct deposit?

    You will need your account number and our routing number (264279554). You can often find this information at the bottom of your personal checks. If you do not have personal checks, contact us and we can provide that information for you. Most employers who offer direct deposit have a short form that you need to complete in order to have your paycheck deposited into your account.

  • How do I enroll in eStatements?
    1. Log into Online Banking, select Online Statements.
    2.  Select account number.
    3.  Select eSign document to receive a confirmation code.
    4.  Enter confirmation code.
    5.  Select I agree, then Next, then Enroll. (18 months of statements will be available to view)
  • How do I enroll in CU Rewards?

    To register your Rewards card, view point status, and see the full selection of rewards –  go to www.curewards.com. Cardholders may redeem their base points for their choice of travel, merchandise, merchant gift cards or cash. For questions, contact Customer Service at 800.621.4112 from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (CST).

  • How do I activate my new debit/credit cards? How do I set my pin?

    To activate your VISA Credit Card, call 800.527.7728.

    To activate or change the PIN on your Mastercard Debit Card, call 866.985.2273

  • What is PAL?

    PAL is our Phone Account Line giving access to your account even on weekends, after hours, or holidays.  Call 800.598.8985 to get started.

  • Where are the surcharge-free ATM's located?

    Both of our branches have convenient ATMs to access your funds anytime. You can also use any MoneyPass or CO-OP ATM nationwide at no charge. Use the links below to locate these ATMs.

  • Where are the Shared Branch locations? What transactions can I do there?

    tnConnect has joined together with credit unions all over the United States to offer you convenience by sharing locations. You can use this service to cash checks, make deposits, make loan payments, conduct financial transactions, or get a printout of your recent account history.
