This is a free credit report service that can be accessed within Online Banking. Credit Sense allows you to view your credit score and report, account details, payment history, inquiries, and public records. This does not impact your credit score.

How do I set up my online banking?
- Visit our homepage.
- Select First Time User at the Online Banking log-in bar.
- Enter Member ID (your account number) and pin (the last 4 digits of your social security number). Read terms and conditions, agree, and select continue. *If you do not know your account number, please contact the credit union at (865) 688-2424.
- You will be prompted to set up a username, password, and security information. Once complete, you will be logged into Online Banking.

What if I forgot my online banking password or log-in ID?
If you have forgotten your online banking password, you can reset it as long as you have your log-in ID (also called your username). Click on the Forgot Password link to the right of the online banking log-in on the homepage.

How do I access the mobile banking app?
To log into the mobile banking app, first enroll in online banking. Use the First-time user link on tnconnectcu.org. Once enrolled, use the same username and password for the mobile banking app. Once logged in, you can turn on fingerprint or facial recognition under More.

How do I enroll in the card app?
The card app allows you to view transactions and receive alerts for your tnConnect debit and credit card. To enroll, have your tnConnect debit or credit card handy. Tap Enroll. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. Once enrolled, additional cards can be added to view all your tnConnect cards in one place. Be sure to tap Notification Settings to activate real-time alerts.

How do I set up my direct deposit?
You will need your account number and our routing number (264279554). You can often find this information at the bottom of your personal checks. If you do not have personal checks, contact us and we can provide that information for you. Most employers who offer direct deposit have a short form that you need to complete in order to have your paycheck deposited into your account.

How do I enroll in eStatements?
- Log into Online Banking, select Online Statements.
- Select account number.
- Select eSign document to receive a confirmation code.
- Enter confirmation code.
- Select I agree, then Next, then Enroll. (18 months of statements will be available to view)

How do I enroll in CU Rewards?
To register your Rewards card, view point status, and see the full selection of rewards – go to www.curewards.com. Cardholders may redeem their base points for their choice of travel, merchandise, merchant gift cards or cash.
